Welcome to Roysters NC — I'm Roy, and this is my oyster farm.
Out here on the North River, deep in Down East Carteret County, I've been farming this stretch of the Crystal Coast for over 10 years. I’ve partners with Seavisions Charters and have opened up my farm for tours.
Daily sunset tours run from 4:15 to 7:15 PM — three hours on the water as the sun drops over the marsh. Bring your group of four or more, bring your drinks (cans and bottles only, no glass), and if you want to shuck some fresh oysters right off the farm, we'll make that happen too.
Best suited for guests 14 and up.
Down East doesn't get much better than this.
